No HMO on Beechdale 24 old ambulance station
Oppose the Proposed Eight-Bedroom HMO on Beechdale Estate.
Concerns relate to the potential impact an eight-bedroom HMO could have on the surrounding neighbourhood, including issues such as parking pressures, increased noise and disturbance, waste management, the effect on local services, and whether the scale and intensity of the development would be in keeping with the character of the area.
