47 Simmonds rd

Objection to 47 Simmonds rd being changed to a children’s home.
The street is very quiet with mainly pensioners and very few children. The extra noise from people and cars coming and going at different times. The house is on a bend and as we found when he ran it as an air BnB the drive was seldom used as it was difficult to access causing cars to park on the rd. making it difficult for the emergency services which was witnessed when a neighbour had a fall. The house already has 2 bright red bins on the drive not in keeping with the street and they may require more. These are emptied by Biffa who have also had difficulties as they arrive late afternoon. The adjacent estate Blakenall has issues with drugs and knife crime and is often under curfew this not an ideal for children from complex backgrounds
