Objection to the building of 355 on Bich Hill - Aldridge.
Refuse any planning application to build on the fields between Stonnall road and Lazy Hill road, Aldridge.
We call on Walsall Council to refuse planning permission to the building of 355 houses Birch Hill “development” or any like proposal.
To build houses on these fields will have damaging consequences for the people who live in and around the area.
It will:
Building on farmland, will impact the local wildlife. The development will lead to the loss of habitats for wildlife and disrupt ecological balance, which can have wider environmental and health consequences.
Increase air pollution, noise pollution.
Blot the landscape around the much loved area.
Increase traffic congestion on the surrounding roads and junctions.
Increase the risk of traffic accidents through the busier roads.
Overload local schools with a higher demand for places.
Overload our already stretched GP services
Overload the demand for dentists spaces/
Put additional strain on police, fire and ambulance services.
Degrade the quality of life for exsisting residents.
