Not grant permission for the planning application 25/0584 which concerns 10 Grove Way and a change of use of an existing dwelling (Class C3) to a residential institution (Class C2) to a Children's home.
If granted, this institution would:
Impact upon Residential Character of the area
Have potential for noise and disturbance
Have potential to cause parking and traffic issues
Set precedent for further conversions of residential homes into commercial or institutional properties in this neighborhood, changing it's overall nature
